Overview:
Each Indian States labor department administers the Shop and Establishment Act. It establishes the privilege granted by an employer/ management/ condition and atmosphere of the workplace/ to their employees.
This includes stores, theaters, cafes, restaurants, Bistros, hostels, organizations, and other gathering places for the public. It does not matter whether you have a completely operational business or not, every foundation and establishment must do their registration within 30 days after initiating under this legislation.

Complete details of employees.
This includes the following:-
a. Records of Payroll- Details of salary, Advance salaries, Holidays, Fines, Leaves, Deductions, Overtime
b. Attendance
Document Required:
a. Address proof of business or Shop
b. ID proof
c. Payment Challan
d. PAN card
e. Additional licenses (necessary to start a business)
